Mr. John Adidi, MBA, FCA – Managing Partner         

Mr. John Adidi is a graduate of Accounting and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Master’s Degree (MBA) in International Business Management from the Lagos State University. He is also a licensed member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is currently the Managing Partner of the Firm.

Mr. Adidi is an experienced Statutory Auditor, Management Consultant, Tax Advisor and Value for Money (VFM) Audit specialist in the Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria and has participated as the Lead Auditor in the Value for Money Audit reviews of the following Upstream Joint Venture Companies in the Petroleum Industry in Nigeria:

  • NNPC/Mobile Joint Venture
  • NNPC/SPDC/ELFAGIP Joint Venture
  • NNPC/ELF Joint Venture
  • NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture
  • NNPC/TEXACO Joint Venture
  • PAN OCEAN Oil Company Ltd.

He has also led Value for Money Audit teams on behalf of NNPC to Chevron Overseas Petroleum Incorporated in Houston, USA and London as well as Shell International Offices in The Hague, Netherlands and Belgium respectively.

During the course of his professional practice, Mr. Adidi has led various management consultancy and statutory audit teams to JAMB, NYSC, NIFOR, Warri Refinery and Petrochemical Company Ltd., Port – Harcourt Refinery and petrochemical company Ltd, NNPC Retail Limited, Nigerian Gas Marketing Company Limited, Addax Petroleum Limited, etc. He has also participated in various Accounts Reconciliation assignments for NNPC-NAPIMS, Petroleum Equalization Fund (PEF), and NNPC Retail Limited.

Mr. Adidi is a Resource Person for various Oil and Gas Accounting, Financial Reporting and Auditing Training Programmes organized for staff of Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI); Office of the Auditor General for the Federation, NNPC and professional students of Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.

He is the current Chairman of the Statutory Audit Committee of DAAR Communications Plc, owners of AIT and Ray Power.
